Job Description

There is now an opportunity to start working with us at GKN Aerospace in Trollhättan. We are looking for two dedicated employees to work as Heat Treatment Operators in the Heat Treatment Center. We are in an expansion phase where we will be acquiring new equipment. We are constantly working on improvements and the well-being of the department. We have a wide variety of products as we work on most of the company's programs, as well as jobs for external customers. It is important for us to work and help each other, as this is a prerequisite for everything to function and for us to enjoy and have fun together at work.

In this position, you will;

• Operate the equipment, which currently consists of 6 furnaces.
• Be involved in developing the department.
• Plan and stay one step ahead to ensure smooth operations.
• Be meticulous and methodical to achieve the right quality.

Working hours: Currently, it is a 4-shift system, but we are staffing to move up to a 5-shift system.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Engaged person who is solution-oriented and eager to learn new things.

You are someone who works well in smaller groups as most of the work is done in pairs. We are looking for someone who is positive and committed to developing the department forward. You should be someone who enjoys high shifts as our equipment operates around the clock. We have shifts practically every hour of the day throughout the week. We place great emphasis on personal suitability as we seek employees who spread a positive culture and fit well within the team.
