About the Position

This is a consulting assignment where employment is with us at Adecco, but the work is performed at our client's location in Brastad. The tasks may vary depending on needs and the skills you possess. There are several machines that control the different processes in the factory, and you ensure that operations run smoothly. You will set up the machines according to drawings to manufacture engine components. In addition to being responsible for the machines, you will perform quality controls, setups, maintenance, and continuous improvements.

You will work in two shifts, four shifts, or five shifts.

As a CNC operator, your main tasks will include:

• Shift work to ensure machine operations
• Reading blueprints
• Quality controls and maintenance

About You

We are looking for someone with basic education in CNC technology and programming. You should have good computer skills, metrological knowledge, and experience in reading process descriptions. Furthermore, you should have an understanding of LEAN production and the ability to perform practical maintenance tasks. It is an advantage if you also have a crane license, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you are driven and proactive, ready to pitch in when needed. You should also have a good ability to analyze, plan, and execute your work successfully. Since you will be working closely with your colleagues, good collaboration skills are essential.

Important for the Position:

• Basic education in CNC technology and programming
• Metrological knowledge and experience in reading process descriptions
• Fluent Swedish and a basic understanding of English

A driver's license and access to a car are required.

The position is a consulting assignment with an immediate start or as soon as possible. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
