Since the job requires reading technical drawings, we prefer that you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Your Responsibilities

As a laser operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and setting up the machine for mechanical processing of metals. Using the machine, you will manufacture metal components that are part of the workshop production. The machine is programmed based on technical drawings and CAD/CAM documentation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Setup and monitoring of laser and punching machines
• Control measurement of components to ensure high quality
• Material handling and preparation for processing
• Troubleshooting and basic maintenance of machines
• Collaborating with production staff to optimize workflow

Conditions

• Working hours: Two shifts or permanent day or evening shifts
• Start: Immediately
• Extent: Full-time

Requirements

• Industrial background
• Previous experience as a laser/punch operator or equivalent skills
• Ability to set up machines independently
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Driver's license and access to a car
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Forklift license, please specify your qualifications directly in your application
• Previous experience working with metal or similar materials
