Your Role

You will become part of our production team, Antenna Assembly, and thereby gain a comprehensive view of project management, design, integration, and verification, as well as other departments within manufacturing.

We are a wonderful team of 14 people responsible for manufacturing world-class radar systems, quality control of delivery products for our various radar systems, and maintenance at customer sites may occur. A strong focus is placed on delivery precision.

The work is the final phase of a longer processing, and the main tasks are:

• Mechanical assembly
• Wiring
• Component testing
• Repairs/upgrades
• Customer repairs of subsystems and antennas

We have customers all over the world, and international travel may therefore occur in the long term.

Your Profile

Your personal qualities are important, and we place great demands on teamwork skills as the work is conducted in a team format, where we all take responsibility for quality and delivery. You have a good ability to handle deviations, constant changes in flow, and find it easy to communicate.

We are looking for someone who is steady-handed and has the ability to see the big picture. You have extensive experience in assembly and connections and are proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Together we create new incredible products, but we also repair, upgrade, and take care of many of our older ones. You may represent Saab at customer sites, and therefore you are genuinely solution-oriented and take a very large responsibility for driving the assignment to completion.

A technical education is an advantage.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, involve requirements for certain citizenship.
