The food company Dava Foods AB sorts, packs, and distributes fresh eggs to consumers and manufactures liquid egg products for the food and bakery industries as well as for the consumer market and food service. Dava Foods AB is certified according to IFS, ISO 14001, and KRAV. The company's turnover is approximately 550 million SEK and has about 80 employees.

Process Operator

We are now looking for a process operator with great commitment and a sense of responsibility, preferably with experience from food-producing companies in the dairy sector or other food-producing companies. You will primarily work with operator tasks that include recipe management, pasteurization, and packaging of liquid egg products.

A positive team player

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role: a positive team player who is structured and stress-resistant with attention to detail while being flexible and able to handle rapid changes in daily work. You have a personal drive with great commitment. You are technically inclined and can handle minor repairs on your own. Experience and knowledge of process improvement work.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience in operational quality work preferably from the food manufacturing industry

· Has good technical skills to resolve operational disturbances or minor repairs

· Has a genuine interest in food and food production

· Must have a forklift license and a B driver's license

· Has good knowledge of food hygiene

· Must be able to work daytime, two shifts, or other shift work as needed

• Requirements: Very good Swedish in speech and writing.

The employment is a probationary period of 6 months, after which, if both parties agree, a permanent full-time position will be offered.
