About the Company

Snapphanetruck was founded in 1996 with the vision of offering used forklifts as a competitive alternative to brand new ones. Today, the company has grown into an organization with 35 dedicated employees, of which 17 are service technicians. With offices in Hässleholm and Helsingborg, and a well-functioning service organization that covers most of Götaland, we deliver forklifts to customers throughout Sweden and also to export markets. Since 2017, Snapphanetruck has been part of Toyota Material Handling Sweden AB, which strengthens our position as a reliable partner in forklift and service solutions.

Job Responsibilities

As a service technician at Snapphanetruck, you play a central role in ensuring that our customers always have reliable and well-functioning forklifts and that unplanned downtime is always addressed quickly and efficiently. You plan and carry out your tasks independently while being part of a team where collaboration and support are natural during peak workloads or when needs arise.

Your job responsibilities also include:

Installations
Preventive maintenance
Safety checks
Troubleshooting and analysis
Service and repair work

Your Profile

As a person, you are responsible, organized, and skilled at structuring your work effectively. You value building and maintaining strong customer relationships and have a positive attitude towards the work you perform. Your ability to collaborate and your service-oriented approach are crucial for creating a positive experience for our customers.

We are looking for someone who has:

Mechanical skills through education, work experience, or a strong interest in vehicle repairs
Ability to build relationships with a strong service mindset
Strong drive and commitment
Great technical interest
Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
Driver's license (B)
