ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Gammelstad on a permanent position of 29 hours/week. The schedule is vacant from 15/8, but there is a comprehensive introduction, so we prefer that you are available by mid-July at the latest to start your introduction.
If you wish, you have the opportunity to start the introduction now and work as a substitute until 15/8 when you take on your scheduled hours.
The working hours are scheduled on weekdays and weekends:
- 07:45 AM - 03:00 PM
- 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM
- 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM (on-call) weekdays and weekends
- 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
- 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 20s with autism. She has a clear self-harming behavior that affects herself and others, so it is important that you as an assistant are open to learning and applying low-arousal approaches.
Clarity and maintaining structure in her daily life are therefore important. Her speech is limited, and as an assistant, you will work with visual support. No healthcare education is required, but you need to have great patience.
The client lives in her own apartment in Gammelstad and spends her days with her assistant at day activities.
Guiding and encouraging is a significant part of this client assignment; if you have experience with autism, it is a merit.

You who are applying should be calm and secure in yourself, have a structured working method, and be attentive. We prefer that you can work both in a team and independently. The client is active in many different ways, so it is very positive if you have a personal interest in outings, walks, swimming, crafts, singing, and playing games.

Employment rate: 29 hours/week
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
