About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Mjällby, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

Sölvesborg is a cozy town center surrounded by beautiful nature, with train connections to Lund, Malmö, and Copenhagen. Apoteket Mjällby is located on the outskirts of Sölvesborg in Listerlandet in a growing commercial area with a grocery store, flower shop, clothing stores, opticians, etc. We are a growing pharmacy and need to expand to offer our customers the best possible service. We currently have a team of three pharmacists, one self-care advisor, and a couple of store salespeople.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively engage in your customer meetings to create added value through advice and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and help us achieve success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for the best customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, meaning you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills, contributing to creating a well-functioning team
• You keep yourself updated on external changes related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
