About Us

The primary care includes Region Blekinge's health centers, youth clinics, and wound centers.

Residents of Blekinge who become ill turn directly to the health centers and gain access to health care that does not require hospital resources. Care is provided in all cities of the county, in several smaller locations, and sometimes in homes. Our goal is to be a modern outpatient care where teamwork and patients' needs are at the center.

Samariten's health center is growing as an organization and currently has 16,700 registered patients and is part of Hälsoval. We have several professions working together.

The health center operates under the concept RAK (right use of competence) where we strive for each employee to work at the top of their competence. The health center is environmentally certified.

As a nurse at the health center, you will meet everyone from small children to our elderly citizens. Tasks include reception work, medical assessments, telephone counseling, digital care meetings, triage, and more.

Some weekend and evening shifts at the emergency center in Karlshamn are included in the position.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. You have a genuine interest in helping people and always work with the patient in focus. You are confident in your professional role and are a positive colleague with good collaboration skills that contribute to our good work environment.

As we are keen to find a colleague who complements our team, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Region Blekinge places all permanent staff in a crisis position.

Applicants who are considered for employment must present an extract from the Police Authority's criminal record before employment (Form 442.9). Some of our positions are security classified where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
