The role of a paving worker

We are currently seeking paving workers for machine teams & spreading teams for work in Halland & North West Skåne. As a paving worker, you will work in the field, together with your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform both large and small paving jobs. Since the nature and size of the work varies, your tasks will be diverse and provide you with great opportunities for development within the profession. Our operations are seasonal, which means that work is mainly carried out from April to December.

Your profile

You have a basic education at the equivalent of high school level, preferably in technology or construction and civil engineering. We would like you to have practical experience working with asphalt in machine teams or spreading teams.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and are looking for someone who is responsible, can work independently, and is attentive to time and safety. You will be part of the team and contribute to good team spirit and collaboration. It is required that you are flexible and adaptable and have good communication skills.

And don't forget, a B driver's license is a requirement for this position.

Additional information:
A B driver's license is required; BE or CE driver's license is a merit. The position refers to a seasonal full-time employment with placement in Biskopstorp, Halland, or Åstorp in Skåne. A probationary period applies.
