Site Manager at Puls AB in Staffanstorp

We are currently looking for a site manager for our operations in Staffanstorp, focusing on flushing and maintenance of water and sewage networks.

We also perform jobs within the industrial sector with dry suction/industrial flushing as well as operations with ADR vehicles.

Our focus is on satisfied customers through good team cohesion and well-executed work.

Responsibilities:

Your main responsibilities will be to plan and lead small to large projects where you work with a team that performs flushing of public water and sewage facilities. The work involves reviewing daily conditions with the transport manager/operations manager, preparing documents, timelines, budget materials, and procurement of materials and subcontractors, as well as:

• Planning resources for daily/weekly operations as well as future assignments
• Leading and supporting staff in daily operations
• Work environment
• Participating in site visits and project meetings
• Follow-up and feedback within the operational area

Qualifications:

We see that you are currently working as a site manager. You have a high level of competence in the contracting industry with several years of experience in larger projects focusing on water and sewage.

It is advantageous if you have worked as a site manager in larger contracts. You have good knowledge of water and sewage technology and production, as well as work environment. A post-secondary technical education with a focus on water and sewage is an advantage but not a requirement.

Training in BAS-P/BAS-U, work on roads, and knowledge of contract law is desirable but not necessary.

Requirement for a B driver's license

C license is an advantage

The Position:

The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period. You will be based in Staffanstorp.

Regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

On-call duty is included in the position.

Salary is negotiable.

Collective agreement, the service agreement for transport companies.
