Your Responsibilities

Do you want to be an important part of a successful team working with pipeline flushing and maintenance? We are now looking for a team leader who wants to take responsibility for leading and developing our team, ensuring high quality of work, and contributing to efficient and sustainable operations. You will be responsible for both small and large projects, and in your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the operations manager and transport manager. The role includes preparing work documents, timelines, budget proposals, etc. Other tasks include planning daily operations, coordinating work environment, project meetings, and site visits.

Your Background/Attributes

If you have a technical interest and want to create results together with skilled colleagues, this could be the role for you! To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you currently work as a team leader and have good knowledge of the contracting industry, particularly within water and sewage projects. We are looking for someone with a professional approach who understands the importance of building and maintaining good customer relationships. A technical education focused on water and sewage is an advantage, as well as experience or education in contracting law and BAS-P/BAS-U. A B driver's license is required. A C driver's license is an advantage.

Information and Contact

The position starts with a probationary employment at Wikan Personal, which is expected to transition into a permanent position with the client. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. On-call duty every 9 weeks is included in the position.
