Your responsibilities

As a team leader, you will work in daily operations while collaborating with your immediate supervisor to plan, lead, distribute, and follow up on the daily work for both employees and contracted staff. In daily operations, you will be involved in classifying, checking, and sorting materials, as well as unloading, loading, and moving materials by operating wheel loaders/ forklifts/ material handlers. You will also participate in receiving materials when they arrive at the branch and weigh them in to ensure they are correctly registered in our systems.

Examples of additional tasks you will perform:

Support staff in prioritizing tasks
Assist your immediate supervisor in active improvement work regarding quality, work environment, and safety
Ensure that good order and a high level of safety are maintained at the facilities
Be involved in improving routines and work methods
Train and introduce new employees
Report deviations in operations to the production manager

Working hours are 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, and the location is Kristianstad.

Qualifications

Experience in leadership
Driver's license (B)
High school education
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of the Office suite
Wheel loader operator certificate
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

We consider it an advantage if you have experience in material handling and/or recycling and if you have a certificate for material handlers.
