Project Engineer in Security and Safety

Our client, WR Montör, is a company located outside Hörby in Skåne that operates nationwide. The company performs all types of fencing work as well as high-security projects with certified products such as crash-tested bollards.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a project engineer to work in security and safety. You will be the right hand of the project manager and work with planning, administration, and follow-up regarding time, cost, and content. You will keep track of the current situation and upcoming planning both in the short and long term. Your responsibilities also include working with control plans, risk, and requirement follow-up. In your role as part of the project management, you will be involved from the bidding phase to the project's handover.

A typical week may include the following:

• Preparation for construction meetings, technical meetings, and internal reviews
• Monitoring timelines and deadlines
• Financial follow-up
• Contact with project stakeholders
• Responding to customer inquiries

Your Background/Your Qualities

This role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career, are ambitious, and thrive on new challenges. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and develop. You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy following processes.

• Good administrative skills and the ability to manage administration across multiple ongoing projects.
• Post-secondary technical education or other training combined with experience we deem equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• Driver's license for a passenger car.
