As a project and construction manager, you are a central part of the projects. You will contribute as an expert in the early stages of new projects and with construction management in ongoing projects. You will lead and coordinate issues regarding production within the contract and create conditions for effective and safe construction regarding time, cost, and content.

Here you will have a key position in a varied and coordinating role with the opportunity to adjust the focus based on your profile and interests.

About you

We are looking for someone who is action-oriented, solution-focused, and has a businesslike approach. You feel a strong responsibility for your work and have the ability to plan both your own daily tasks and the project's progress, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Furthermore, you value good relationships, have a humble attitude, and are skilled at creating collaborations where the focus is on the common goal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in engineering, or equivalent education.
• At least five years of work experience in roles such as construction manager, project manager, site manager/production manager.
• Experience working on larger road or construction projects.
• Knowledge of contract law.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work.
• Driver's license B, as travel is required in the job.

Meritorious

• Possession of concrete class 1 or 2.

Location and other information

We offer a permanent position starting by agreement. For the position, we see that you need to be close to the project in Ljungby and have the opportunity to work on-site at one of our offices in Helsingborg, Kristianstad, or Jönköping. Of course, we also offer the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. Travel is required in the job.
