On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Site Manager Construction for Skåne, Blekinge, and Småland with a suitable location in Malmö. In the role of site manager, you will be offered a varied everyday life with the responsibility to lead and develop your area of operations. You will have a central function and ensure that the work is carried out according to the company's business plan and overall goals. Your tasks include market monitoring, tendering processes, and business development. Building customer relationships and maintaining existing collaborations is a key factor, as well as focusing on growth and new assignments.

The position includes operational responsibility regarding results, personnel, budget, work environment, quality, and environment. We are looking for someone who wants to build a winning team and create a long-term and successful business in the local market. You will lead your own site manager group and be part of the company's management team.

We are looking for someone with at least 5–10 years of experience in qualified project management and control in the production process within construction or equivalent. We believe you have a technical education at the college or university level. You have a coaching leadership style and are accustomed to personnel responsibility for both office workers and skilled workers. You enjoy working with people's development and creating a team spirit. You are communicative and have good collaboration and planning skills. You are driven, business-oriented, and enjoy building long-term relationships.
