About Us

Over four years ago, an independent organization was formed around patients with neuropsychiatric diagnoses. At Neuropsychiatry Clinic Öster, we assess and treat ADHD and Tourette's. We also assess autism and treat certain psychiatric comorbidities, primarily in affective disorders.

About the Job

As a nurse at Neuropsychiatry Clinic Öster, you will work in one of the clinic's four teams alongside doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation coordinators. The nurse, in close collaboration with the doctor, is responsible for the initiation of central stimulants, medication follow-ups, sample collections, and annual visits for patients. Primarily, the patient work involves following up on ADHD treatments. As a nurse, you will work in a structured manner with our patients, which results in a very low turnover of nurses at the clinic and that patients largely receive the care they need.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse. Previous experience with the target group or other work with patients with psychiatric issues is an advantage. We value a good working climate at the clinic. This is built on great commitment, a positive attitude, and good collegial community, which requires collaboration skills and social competence. You should have good communication skills and be able to express yourself easily in speech and writing. We also want you to be computer literate and able to quickly learn new IT systems. We encourage an interest in the patient group with neuropsychiatric disabilities, as well as research and development work in general. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
