RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of track technician, you will be part of a team working with the operation and maintenance of railways as well as some new construction. The position includes participating in yard renovations, track construction, rail and sleeper replacements, and more.

Working hours vary, and since travel, on-call duty from home, as well as weekend and night work may occur, it is important that you live in the local area.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has:

• Approved high school education
• Approved track technical further education
• Driver's license B (manual)
• Meets medical requirements to be approved for safety service

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in track technology on the railway
• Experience from the railway industry
• Driver's license C
• Authorization to operate track vehicles
