As a psychologist, you will have the opportunity to drive and develop our operations within child and adolescent psychiatry on behalf of Region Kronoberg. The work is based on evidence-based methods, and we work according to structured yet flexible approaches where daily work is characterized by a lack of prestige, collaboration, and openness.

You will provide psychological treatment in an evidence-based, structured, and manualized manner, measuring treatment outcomes to ensure that the patient receives the right treatment. It requires skill to adapt the manual and your approach to the often complex patients we encounter in psychiatry. WeMind BUP Växjö has been operating for a year and works within the care choice for child and adolescent psychiatry. It is an outpatient clinic that receives individuals aged 6–17 for psychiatric assessment, investigation, and treatment. The facility is centrally located in Växjö, and the staff consists of specialist doctors in psychiatry, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, and administrative personnel.

• Licensed psychologist with work experience in child and adolescent psychiatry

You are professional in your approach and prioritize putting the patient first, ensuring high quality in care. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and organize your work.
