About the position

As a substitute at Linné Home Care in Ljungby, you will have a varied workday with a lot of responsibility. Your task is to assist our care recipients with both care and service tasks at home. You work independently but always have a team behind you.

Tasks may include:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Assistance with meals, cleaning, and shopping
• Social interaction and security
• Documentation and communication with the team

Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend as needed Start: By agreement

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in home care
• Has a B driver's license and can cycle
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is reliable, self-sufficient, positive, and service-oriented
• Enjoys working with people and contributing to their security in everyday life
