JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Our clinic is located in modern premises together with a health center and pharmacy, right in Alvesta.

We currently have 21 employees working at the clinic, of which you will be our third hygienist! We have a good atmosphere, help each other, and enjoy working together. If you work as a dental hygienist at our clinic, you will work with all treatments that fall within a dental hygienist's area of competence, and you will treat both children, young people, and adults – so the work is very varied and fun!

We strive to offer good accessibility for our patients with a flexible working hours model. This model means that you will start working a bit earlier a couple of days a week, and a couple of days a week you will work until 7 PM. On Fridays, everyone works the same hours.

Starting at a new workplace is often both very exciting and fun, but it can also be a bit challenging.

To facilitate for you as a newcomer, we have a comprehensive lecture/introduction program aimed at all new employees within the organization. The program lasts for about six months, and through this program, you will gain a good insight into various parts of our organization, a lot of useful information, and also the chance to get to know other newly hired colleagues within Folktandvården Kronoberg.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed dental hygienist, with or without previous experience in the profession. You have a passionate commitment to dental care and are interested in developing within your entire area of competence.

Of course, your personal qualities are important: we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and who is not afraid to pitch in and help where needed. We would like you to have a positive view of working with the whole team to achieve results for our patients.

OTHER

This is a permanent position, but an initial probationary period of 6 months may be applicable.
