JOB DESCRIPTION

The work as a care assistant/certified nursing assistant at Mysinge elderly care home involves assisting the user according to their individual needs in personal care, meal situations, transfers, activities, etc. An important task is to support the strengths of the users. This means providing them with support and encouraging them to continue doing what they can manage on their own. We place great emphasis on case management and work with the individual's best interests at heart. Our goal is for users to experience dignity and well-being as far as possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who has studied the health and care program at the high school level. Experience in care work and knowledge of dementia diseases is an asset. Recognizing the various needs and possibilities of the users is a given for you. It is important that you have a professional and respectful attitude and the ability to create security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment to promote good collaboration. The work requires medical care work as delegated by a nurse.
