Coordinator for New Short-Term Operations in Luleå

Hello! How great that you also want a meaningful job! We are now looking for an engaged coordinator who wants to join us on the journey to develop and open a new integrated short-term operation in central Luleå, starting at Bergviken.

This is an exciting journey of change where we are building something new together. The position may develop, and we are looking for someone who wants to be an active part of the change – someone who wants to contribute, influence, and shape the operations along the way. We start at Bergviken, but the operations will later move, and you will play an important role in building and adapting the work for the future.

As a coordinator, you will be a support function to the unit managers at Bergviken's short-term operations and also collaborate with other coordinators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main task is to ensure high quality and continuity for the users and to provide correct staffing. This is done by following the municipality's guidelines and having deep knowledge of labor law aspects and administrative tools. You are an important link regarding contact with managers, colleagues, and users. You use operational communication, with phone and computer as your primary tools. As a coordinator with us, you will be part of an organization in constant development, and you play a central role in identifying development opportunities and suggesting improvements.

In summary, you will:

• Be responsible for the daily operations of staffing and handling short-term absences
• Ensure that guidelines, agreements, and regulations in the area are followed, with a cost-conscious perspective.
• Provide administrative support to the unit manager

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys managing many contact points simultaneously. You are motivated by providing world-class service and driven to contribute to improvements.

To fit the role, you must have:

• Completed and can present approved grades in Swedish at least equivalent to the basic school level (grade 9).
• Professional experience from work within the social administration or other professional experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in handling administrative tasks.
• Good digital competence, meaning you can handle computers/software and phones/apps effortlessly. You also have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new digital systems.

It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant. As a person, you are analytical, flexible, solution-oriented, and confident. We place great importance on your personal competence in this recruitment.
