What You’ll Do

• Lead analytics initiatives for mobile app and web clients, aligning with key objectives and supporting strategy calls and growth meetings.
• Assess, refine, and advance comprehensive analytics setups across MMPs, publisher platforms, Google Tag Manager.
• Ensure data confidence by validating, debugging, and troubleshooting tracking across pixels, MMPs, and web analytics platforms.
• Drive data confidence by validating, debugging, and troubleshooting implementations across platforms.
• Design and refine dynamic, insight-driven dashboards that empower clients to interpret data with confidence, fostering continuous feedback loops and a culture of data-centric decision-making.
• Be a strategic advisor, helping clients refine measurement with incrementality, attribution, martech, and data governance. Drive innovation in privacy-first measurement, advanced analytics, and experimentation, expanding Twigeo’s capabilities to maximize performance insights and identify growth opportunities.
• Mentor and elevate fellow analysts by leading training on analytics tools, server-side tracking, and privacy-first measurement.
• Foster collaboration across analytics, marketing, and creative teams to drive data-led decision-making and growth.
• Standardize workflows and documentation, ensuring scalable and consistent analytics practices at Twigeo.

Who We’re Looking For

We believe you’re a skilled Senior Growth Marketing Analyst with a keen interest in both the technical and strategic aspects of data. You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a proven track record of delivering impact through analytics.

We’d Love to See:

• 3+ years of proven digital analytics experience (across app & web).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to convey analytical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with various app and web measurement and tracking tools, including MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Singular), publisher tracking (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), product analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, RevenueCat), and Google Tag Manager (client-side or server-side GTM/CAPI), iOS14+/SKAN measurement.
• Deep knowledge of attribution and tracking tools, with hands-on experience in implementation and an understanding of alternative solutions in the market.
• Analytical programming familiarity (SQL, Python, R) for data exploration or advanced analytics is a plus.
• Confidence with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker Data Studio) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with cross-platform user behaviour, multi-touch attribution, and privacy-centric measurement solutions.
• Understanding of incrementality or lift tests (though not essential) is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
