We are looking for a project manager to drive industrialization projects within production for our client in the defense industry. In your role as project manager, you will lead and coordinate resources within production technology, planning, purchasing, production quality, and other production areas. You will also have many points of contact with contract managers and production engineers. The assignment is security classified, which means you need to be approved according to applicable security protection regulations. This may also entail requirements for specific citizenship.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your main responsibilities include:

Driving completed industrialization initiatives, including planning and managing resources within planning, technology, and development.
Identifying and managing risks within the assignment.
Reporting progress to stakeholders and identifying support needs to ensure timely deliveries.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Several years of experience in project management in a similar field.
Relevant university education in engineering or equivalent work experience.
Experience in production and project management.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driving license B.

You have good communication skills, work independently, and are proactive. With a positive attitude and the ability to inspire others, you create a good team spirit. You are also curious, want to develop, and have a desire to learn as the business evolves.
