JOB DESCRIPTION

We are now looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our wonderful production team at Skänninge Prison! As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be an important support function for the rest of the operations alongside your colleagues. You will work with varied tasks, including both administrative duties and physically demanding work, as some heavy lifting may be involved.

Your responsibilities will include managing the incoming and outgoing delivery of goods. The prison has a large operational flow, and it is crucial that the client-produced deliveries to customers run smoothly. You will also be responsible for inventory management and internal distribution of incoming materials to the prison.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Warehouse Administrator at the prison, it is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize your work independently. You remain calm, stable, and controlled in stressful situations, and you are attentive and accommodating in your interactions. You work well with others and relate to them in a responsive and smooth manner, demonstrating good judgment in your statements, actions, and decisions.

You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. We want you to have:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.
• Forklift license, primarily B1 (counterbalance forklift).
• Complete upper secondary school qualifications in the form of a final grade or upper secondary diploma.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Work experience in warehouse/storage work.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge and experience in handling invoices and orders, preferably in the Prison and Probation Service's financial system Proceedo and KVR.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We have high demands on our employees' security and confidentiality awareness. To work with us, you need to undergo a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. For this position, a security clearance interview will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. During the security clearance, your background and relationships will be investigated from a security perspective.
