We are now looking for a driven and experienced project manager for an exciting consulting assignment in product development with one of our clients in the defense industry. The role involves being responsible for project management throughout the product's lifecycle and actively contributing to the development of high-tech systems. The assignment is security classified, which means you need to be approved according to current security protection regulations. This may also entail requirements for specific citizenship.

Responsibilities and Duties

Main responsibilities:

• Develop project planning and build effective project teams.
• Ensure technical deliveries and financial goals.
• Support the team in navigating through the different phases of the project.
• Continuously report project status to the steering group and other stakeholders.
• The work is conducted in a dynamic environment where you are expected to inspire and engage your team and contribute to a developing work climate.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience as a project manager, preferably within technical projects or product development.
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, both towards clear and unclear goals.
• Strong communication skills and experience in leading teams to success.
• A university degree or equivalent work experience.
