We are now looking for a Project Manager in production development for our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the current and future needs of the market. Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment where development opportunities are plentiful. This is initially a consulting assignment for 9 months via Unik Resurs, with a very good chance of extension. We apply continuous selection, which means that the assignment may be filled before the application deadline.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an engaged and driven Project Manager in production development for our operations in Finspång. In this role, you will lead and drive projects within process optimization, machine investments, restructuring, and modernization of production facilities. You will play a central role in the development of our production methods and equipment to ensure competitive and efficient manufacturing.

Your duties as a project manager will include:

Driving projects within production in Finspång.
Conducting feasibility studies and leading projects within:

Investments in machines and other production equipment.
Restructuring of production areas.
Modernization of machines and production facilities.
Process optimization.

Developing the company's production equipment and methods through environmental analyses.
Ensuring that production is cost-effective and competitive.

In the role of project manager, you will follow our project model by analyzing capacity and investment needs, establishing technical specifications, and planning layouts for installation and relocation of equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, timelines, and applicable regulations, as well as preparing decision-making materials and action programs to optimize production processes.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in driving projects within process optimization and investment projects in the manufacturing industry.
Good technical understanding and experience in production development.
The ability to work structured and analytically with complex processes.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving change initiatives.
Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
