The primary care includes 21 publicly operated health centers, 1177 Vårdguiden, primary care rehabilitation, the primary care health unit, family health, and A Path In for children and adolescents with mental health issues. Our mission is to create good conditions for our patients so that the residents of Kronoberg receive the right care and treatment from the best possible competence at the right time and at the right level of care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer you a varied and exciting job where no two days are alike. You will work both with preventive measures and with acute symptoms.

The tasks may include telephone counseling, appointment booking, reception work, and triaging in an assessment team. We also have specialized clinics for diabetes, asthma/COPD, dementia, incontinence, and child health care. We will take your previous experience into account, and you will receive a tailored introduction.

As a district nurse/nurse in primary care, you will also contribute your expertise at our emergency medical center. We are available for our citizens on weekends and weekdays after 5 PM. Many of us share the mission, and we offer you a special introduction for the emergency medical center to ensure you feel secure and can develop in your role.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed nurse. We welcome candidates with experience from working at a health center or other reception work, but we also encourage those at the beginning of their careers to apply. Further education as a district nurse is an advantage.

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and want to contribute to our development work. You should be able to collaborate well with others but also have the ability to work independently and show great commitment to your work.
