As a nurse on call, you will work with home healthcare in regular and special housing. You are confident in your profession, quick to learn and flexible; you feel secure in making independent assessments and priorities while maintaining good collaboration with other colleagues and nursing staff.

We offer a working degree between 65% and 100%. You have the opportunity to adjust your working degree based on your current needs and wishes in life.

Job Responsibilities:
As a nurse on call in Karlshamn municipality, you will have an independent role where you, together with your colleagues, plan and carry out both scheduled and more urgent interventions. The position includes work in the evenings and nights as well as every third weekend. You will have direct patient responsibility while also having a supervisory role towards nursing staff working on call.

Qualifications Required:
- Licensed nurse
- B driver's license for manual transmission
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Meritorious Qualifications:
- Experience in your profession
- Previous experience from municipal operations, for example as a nursing assistant
