About the role

As a pharmacist at Apoteket Wachtmeister, you will play a central role in meeting our customers' needs for advice and products related to medications and health.

Our pharmacy is centrally located next to a shopping mall and has a mixed customer flow – everything from school youth to working professionals and retirees. Here you will encounter a dynamic work environment with a strong focus on self-care, while we also handle many prescription customers.

We are a medium-sized pharmacy with a close-knit team of five employees: four pharmacists and one advisor. We are part of a pharmacy group together with Apoteket Pantern, a smaller pharmacy located at a healthcare center in Lyckeby, just outside the city. There, five employees also work – four pharmacists and one advisor – and we have a close collaboration between our pharmacies.

Just as you are expected to build a long-term relationship with your customers, we want to do the same with you. Your main areas of responsibility

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new products for optimal customer care
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop our business into a pharmacy that becomes the obvious choice for our customers

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer interactions and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
