System Coordinator at Ellevio

Are you ready to join us on our exciting journey? Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest electricity network companies, and together we continue to electrify Sweden. With us, you are part of a secure and important future industry while having the opportunity to make a difference, grow as an individual, and have fun along the way! We believe in a bright and sustainable future, do you?

About the role of System Coordinator

In the role of System Coordinator, you will work with administration and technical support within system management and integration. You will ensure that our systems function correctly by managing reported incidents, responding to alarms, coordinating processes, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. The role offers a long-term and stable opportunity to deepen your expertise in system management and be a key player in the team, where you and your team have the operational responsibility to ensure that IT systems are available, secure, efficient, and up to date.

You will:

  • Monitor system availability and performance and report recurring issues.
  • Handle and troubleshoot incidents, escalating further if necessary.
  • Support system managers and test leaders in daily operations.
  • Communicate with suppliers and follow up on cases.
  • Provide technical support to external parties and handle simpler troubleshooting in integration platforms such as BizTalk and IBM MQ.
  • Document and improve processes for effective system management.

Who are you?

You are a person who thrives in a dynamic environment, is self-driven, and takes responsibility for your tasks. You are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with colleagues in different parts of the organization. With a curious attitude and an eye for detail, you contribute to ensuring the operation of our systems and services in the best way possible. We often get involved in questions and incidents where we are not the cause of the error, but we need to assist in detective work to figure out where in the chain the error lies. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy troubleshooting and can help our stakeholders make an initial assessment of problems and incidents.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Basic understanding of system integration and technical problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills, both in Swedish and English.
  • A structured and meticulous work style with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and its application.
  • Experience with MS Azure and MS BizTalk.
  • Logging/monitoring in Azure and BizTalk.
  • Understanding of how IT systems support business operations and a holistic perspective.
  • Practical experience in testing or relevant certification (ISTQB, BBST, MoT, or similar).

Ellevio as an employer

It is important to us that employees thrive, feel engaged, and are driven by the desire to continuously learn and develop. Only then can we together achieve our vision of a bright and sustainable future. With us, you have great opportunities to influence the company as a whole and your own career. A fine proof of this is that we have been named a Career Company for the fifth consecutive year!

We continuously strive for a sustainable and developing work environment where equality, diversity, and inclusion are a given. For example, there is the ELLE network, Ellevio's internal women's network, to create conditions for increased collaboration and well-being.
