About the Job

UmeHus AB is a locally owned family business with a big heart for properties and businesses in the North, primarily in Umeå, Skellefteå, and Luleå. Our business idea is to acquire, develop, and manage commercial and residential properties. Our goal is to create pleasant premises and homes in the North.

Our portfolio currently includes about fifty properties with 217 apartments and 100 premises of various sizes, as well as a number of garages and parking spaces. Together with our dedicated staff, we handle everything ourselves, from project development and property management to finance. This helps us get to know our tenants while maintaining good control over the business.

We are looking for a property manager in Umeå.

As a property manager with us, you will be responsible for property management for all our tenants. You will be part of a team that handles daily management. You will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our clients. Your tasks will include handling maintenance requests, minor property repairs, snow removal, and ice prevention, customer contacts, and purchasing materials. You will work both independently and with colleagues, and you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

You have a high school education, with a focus on property management or equivalent relevant work experience from trades such as construction, electrical, and/or plumbing.

As computers are a natural part of the work for all employees, we would like you to have some computer skills and be able to handle a computer in your job.

The position requires a B driving license.

The position is a permanent employment and located in Umeå.
