Customer-Oriented Parts Personnel at Norrlands Bil

We are now looking for customer-oriented parts personnel for the passenger car company located in Malå. The position is a parental leave replacement for approximately 75%. Do you have an interest in cars and enjoy meeting and providing first-class service to customers? Do you have a general interest in technology and like to work variably? About the Position

An important link in our service process is the handling of spare parts. As parts personnel, you will supply both the workshop and external customers with the right spare parts. The position also includes some work as a service advisor. You will be part of a tight-knit team with five colleagues working as workshop manager, service advisors, and mechanics. The team is characterized by joy at work and great competence in the field. You will receive an introduction by working alongside your colleagues to provide the best conditions for you to get into the job.

The work consists of sales to customers over the counter and ordering to supply the workshop with spare parts as well as other warehouse activities. The work is conducted against set goals where personal drive and engagement are of utmost importance.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in spare parts and sales with a customer focus. Furthermore, you have good digital skills and find it easy to adapt to new systems and technology. It is an advantage if you have worked with spare parts, warehousing, or retail, have good phone skills, and possess knowledge and interest in cars.

To fit as parts personnel, you are organized, positive, and have an easy time making new contacts and building trusting, long-term relationships. We are very concerned about our customer interactions, and you are an important part of a chain, with significant responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction.
