As the head of the department, you will play an important role in ensuring a sales-driven and fresh department with a lot of innovation. Your responsibilities include actively working with and being responsible for the assortment, purchasing, and volumes. You have a strong interest in following seasons and trends.

You and your team will ensure that the entire department is well-stocked and that our store is clean and tidy. Together with your colleagues, you should focus on positive guest interactions, sales, and ensuring that we maintain the highest quality. You are interested in nutrition, wellness, and customer care. You are passionate about locally grown and what sells. You will be an important part of the chain towards an inspiring shopping experience, with extra focus on fruits and vegetables and wellness, which is a vital department for the store.

As the responsible leader, you have the main responsibility for your own department. You are responsible for the assortment, sustainability, profitability, campaign planning, and order placement, as well as daily operations. You also ensure that we have well-stocked displays and driving campaigns. As the responsible leader, your main task is to ensure that the store is attractive and appealing to guests.

To fit this position, you need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to lead your team. You are driven by buying and selling products to inspire and exceed our guests' expectations.

You have an aesthetic sense and enjoy color and form. You are organized and efficient, a positive team player with the ability to motivate, engage, and involve employees. As a person, you are cheerful and positive and enjoy interacting with people. You ensure that guests always leave the store satisfied! You are good at working effectively and personally. You are self-assured and a good communicator and leader.

You are passionate about service and ready for new challenges. You have previous experience in the grocery retail sector and want to take the next step in your career. You have good physical fitness and can handle heavy lifting.

Qualifications

You have documented experience from ICA or another grocery store. You handle AOB, Storeoffice, Min Butik, or similar systems. You see your near future in retail. You have previous experience as a team leader, perhaps as a fruit lead in another store. You are an inspiring leader with a passion for wellness and customer experience. Employment form

Full-time. Salary according to agreement. Start as soon as possible, day, evening, and weekend shifts may occur.
