The welfare and public health area consists of about 15 employees who are responsible for supporting knowledge development in the operations conducted in the area. It is also about leading collaboration between the region, municipalities, civil society, and folk education regarding issues of social welfare and public health.

Development Leader - Knowledge Development in the Elderly Field

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a development leader with a special focus on supporting the development towards a more knowledge-based operation within social services and municipal healthcare, primarily aimed at the elderly sector. The content of the position includes, among other things, based on available scientific knowledge and proven experience:

• Support our own and our partners' operations in conducting situation and needs analyses.
• Support the development towards a more preventive social service.
• Support and lead method development internally and externally.
• Support the development of systematic and ongoing follow-up within the municipal operations.
• Conduct and guide follow-ups and evaluations within our own and partners' operations.
• Collect and analyze knowledge needs in the area and offer knowledge-enhancing initiatives.

You will work together with other development leaders and project managers in the area of welfare and public health.

Qualifications

You have an academic education, and it is desirable that you have a doctorate. You have good knowledge and interest in the elderly field. Experience in municipal social services is preferred. Experience working on projects and development work is a requirement.

You are communicative both in writing and verbally and have experience in collaboration between actors at different levels.

As a person, we want you to have initiative and leadership qualities. We want you to be analytical, strategic, and have good collaboration skills. We place great importance on personal qualities.
