Are you an experienced and dedicated Production Controller who thrives in a role close to both finance and production? We are currently looking for two Production Controllers for our client's operations in Örebro and Norrköping within district heating.

About the role

As a Production Controller, you will be an important part of the finance department but will work closely with the production team. You will have a unique opportunity to influence and analyze the entire chain from production to finance.

Your main responsibilities include:

📊 Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

📊 Create and communicate reports to support decision-making

📊 Analyze costs and results related to production

📊 Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency

📊 Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial and operational goals are met

We are looking for someone who has:

✅ At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within manufacturing or process industry

✅ Experience in production controlling and some technical understanding

✅ Good knowledge of accounting and understanding of balance sheets and income statements

✅ Experience in financial closing, financial analysis, and reporting

✅ Independence, analytical skills, and a curious mindset

✅ Experience with financial systems, preferably SAP and Qlik Sense

✅ Ability to work both independently and in a team with a strong business focus
