About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those living with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Skogsgården

In the Cykelstyret block in the Bråstorp residential area, 2.5 km north of central Motala, lies the dementia care home Skogsgården.

The residence has 28 apartments and is built on two floors. Skogsgården was built in 1993, and the physical environment is nice with large areas and good apartments. Each floor is divided into two sides, each with seven apartments. On each side, there are common areas - living room and kitchen. The premises are directly adapted for dementia care. Here, elderly people with dementia live in a pleasant area close to shopping centers as well as children's laughter and play, partly thanks to Bråstorpsskolan.

Your experience and knowledge

We guess that you who are applying to us:

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant/care assistant or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will give you support and the opportunity to grow.
