About us

Capio Vårdcentral Angered is part of Capio Närsjukvård and provides primary care on behalf of Västra Götalandsregionen. The health center is located in Angered center and shares premises with our rehabilitation services. We have approximately 33 employees and currently have around 9300 registered patients for whom we are responsible.

Capio is a decentralized organization where each unit is managed locally by a unit manager and a medically responsible doctor. This means that decisions can be made close to the operation and that you as an employee have a real opportunity to influence the development of the unit. In the background, Capio has a well-functioning structure and organization, well-established routines, and a wealth of collective competence and experience. This creates security and opportunities for learning in everyday life.

Your role

The position involves the usual duties of a district nurse in primary care, including telephone advice, chat advice, outpatient work, and home visits.

At the health center, we work in teams divided by the patient's date of birth. Each team includes several doctors, nurses, and colleagues from other professions, creating conditions for providing high-quality care. Each team has significant influence over how they wish to care for their patient group and collectively has overall responsibility for the distribution of tasks.

Our organization is based on the local unit's self-governance with engagement and participation from employees, leading to short decision-making paths. This means that you are expected to be engaged and involved in the improvement work of the organization and contribute to our common goals. At the same time, there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and exchange of experiences.

In addition to traditional outpatient services, we also have our own chat and the possibility of video meetings with patients. A large part of communication with patients also takes place via the chat.

About you
