As a nurse in staffing services, you will have a varied and responsible job with opportunities for professional development.

With us, you will have the opportunity to gain new experiences and grow in your professional role. In your role as a nurse/specialist nurse/midwife, you will, after an introduction, rotate between different units based on the needs of the organization. We always try to consider individual placement preferences, but we want to be clear that the needs of the organization take precedence. We staff around the clock, which means that there is an opportunity to work at all hours based on the needs of the organization.

• to be a team leader in the introduction unit and contribute to the professional development of colleagues who are new in their nursing role

About Us

Staffing Services is SÄS's internal staffing unit. We employ permanent and hourly nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. We use the booking system Time Care Pool for bookings from the organization and availability reporting from our employees. Orders are handled by our administrative coordinators who have a comprehensive view of available employee competence and orders.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, specialist nurse, or midwife and have several years of experience in hospital care. If you also have experience from community and/or primary care, we see this as an advantage. To thrive in our organization, you are flexible and have the ability to adapt to the work situations you find yourself in. It is important that you have a willingness to share your expertise while always being curious about the new. The position as a staffing nurse means that you are mobile, and it is therefore important that you can manage flexibility regarding working hours as well as the variation of work in different units. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

If you are in your final term of the nursing program or have less than four months of professional experience, you are referred to apply for our introductory programs. Read more about SÄS's introduction offer for newly graduated nurses here.
