About the job

We are now looking for someone who wants to work in home healthcare in Järpås.

As a nurse in home healthcare, you will have an independent and varied job where we put people's need for support at the center. A good approach and a professional attitude towards our patients is a guiding principle for quality in our work. The starting point for the nurse's work is teamwork. You will work in a team consisting of nursing staff, nurses/specialist nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and unit managers.

Job responsibilities:

As a nurse/specialist nurse, you will be responsible for patients enrolled in the municipality's health and medical care. In your profession, you will make independent assessments, perform medical treatments, plan nursing interventions, and guide and educate nursing staff on health and medical care issues. You will work independently, which requires you to plan your workday based on the needs of patients and the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a specialist nurse with a focus on elderly health, district nurse, or alternatively a registered nurse. You should have experience working with nursing tasks for individuals in need of health and medical care interventions.

For you, it is natural to work independently and take your own initiatives while we place great emphasis on your ability to collaborate in a team with different professions. You need to have the ability to prioritize during your workday while maintaining a professional demeanor. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written communication. A driver's license for a manual transmission is a requirement.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, every 8th weekend, and occasional light holiday days.
