IT Support in Malmö

ABOUT THE POSITION

Our client is a leader in property services and delivers service solutions worldwide. The Malmö office is now looking for a new employee for their IT support. Initially, this is a temporary assignment running from April to early 2026, with possibilities for extension. It is also very important that you are available to work a lot during the summer as there is a high demand for it. In this role, you will handle cases from users via phone, ticketing system, and email. Other responsibilities include account management and handling orders.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Manage and resolve incoming cases via phone and ticketing system
• Focus on ownership and coordination of incidents and orders
• Provide guidelines and advice to users regarding the use of the digital workplace

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• has good competence in IT infrastructure, Active Directory, and Azure
• has good experience with networks
• has good knowledge of the ITIL process framework
• speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
