Do you want to contribute to cleaner and safer residential areas? Our client is now looking for an operator who, with the help of cameras and sensors, identifies and manages cleanliness issues. Here you will play a key role in creating a pleasant environment for residents while also streamlining and developing work processes.

About the assignment

We are now looking for two Operators for our client in Malmö for a consulting assignment of 12 months. We expect the start to be immediate after the recruitment process is completed. The assignment is full-time 100%.

Our client works to create clean and safe residential areas using cameras and sensors. In 2025, an expansion to over 2,500 cameras and 2,700 sensors is planned. The operators identify and manage cleanliness issues and invoice customers who litter. The performance goals focus on improved waste management, basement cleaning, and increased safety in common areas.

Your tasks

In this role, you will monitor flows from cameras and sensors in the company's areas to identify litter, vandalism, and other cleanliness issues. You will handle cases, make assessments, create documentation, and manage invoicing. If necessary, you will document and report observed issues to the relevant area offices.

To develop and improve the work, you will also:

• Streamline, system-develop, and method-develop working methods that contribute to safety goals
• Follow up on efforts using digital tools to identify where resources are needed
• Stay updated on new innovative solutions to automate and develop the work

Your qualifications

• Good technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently and good decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively report and collaborate.
• Analytical ability to interpret the data/information available and suggest improvements.
• High integrity and respect for customers' privacy and safety, as well as the ability to think from the customer's perspective.

Meritorious

• Experience using and monitoring camera and sensor systems is meritorious
