Job Description

We are investing for the future and looking for nurses who want to work to provide our children and families with safe and secure care and the best treatment. As a nurse in the children's emergency department, you will work in a team with pediatric nurses and doctors. The children's emergency department is an exciting workplace where you will meet children and adolescents aged 0-18 years with medical conditions. Our vision is that all children should be cared for in a children's emergency department regardless of their reason for seeking care and we are looking for someone who wants to join our development journey! We work with child-adapted care and have a strong focus on quality and improvement work.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have specialized training as a pediatric nurse, it is an advantage, as is experience working with children and adolescents. Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

You have a great interest in working with children, adolescents, and their families. As a person, you are secure, stable, and self-aware. You easily adapt to different situations and have the courage to act according to your own conviction. You are good at communicating, empathetic, and attentive. The work requires you to have the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. It is essential that you have good collaboration skills and contribute with a positive and professional attitude in your work. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
