Night Shift Care Assistant in Elderly Care

Your Mission

Nacka Senior Center Ektorp is located about 300 meters from Ektorp center and is a house full of life and activity.

Your main tasks will consist of meeting the client's needs according to care plans and tasks delegated by HSL.

Your Experience

To be considered for the position, the following is required:

• Completed care assistant education
• At least 5 years of experience in elderly care
• Very good documentation skills
• Very good experience with digital systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in night work within elderly care is an advantage

Is This You?

You find it obvious to provide person-centered care and see that the client's self-determination is the most important and what drives the work. You also have knowledge and experience of working according to dementia guidelines. You are skilled in documentation and digital systems and have an easy time learning new systems as well as having good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

We consider it an advantage if you have additional knowledge in areas such as technology in care, hygiene in care, or palliative care.
