PFA Bostad was established in June 2019 and is 100 percent owned by PFA Pension in Denmark. PFA Bostad manages 365 apartments in Karlstad and Kil.

The goal is to build a strong relationship/partnership with municipalities and take a social initiative to improve the living standards of tenants, including climate-adapting properties.

About the Job

We are looking for someone who is curious about the property maintenance profession and can cover for our regular property maintenance staff during the summer vacation.

You should be practical, enjoy meeting people, and deliver service with a smile. You should be able to work independently, as you will be working alone after training. Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement.

The position starts in early June and lasts until around mid-August.

The job includes both internal and external property maintenance. Tasks include handling tenant repair requests, simple repair work, lawn mowing, and weeding.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.
