Tyggården offers financial and technical management, property maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation services to customers in Karlstad and surrounding areas. They are a family-oriented company, and as part of a smaller team, you are expected to contribute selflessly and be ready to help where needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Garden and green area maintenance
• Ongoing contact with tenants and members
• Patrolling

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has previous experience in a similar role
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
