Are you a specialist doctor with or without additional specialization in palliative medicine and curious about how we at Aleris work within advanced home healthcare (ASIH)? We are expanding our medical staffing and are therefore looking for two colleagues who want to contribute to our operations. About us Our units are located in Upplands Väsby, Sollentuna, Täby, Vällingby, and Lidingö. The teams are multiprofessional, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and social workers. We have extensive experience in providing advanced home healthcare with a focus on person-centered care. Patients often have a complex symptom profile, and common diagnoses include cancers, heart failure, and COPD. As a specialist doctor, you will have medical responsibility for approximately 35 patients, but this may vary as we also support each other during absences. Together with the unit manager and your specialist doctor colleague, you will be an important part of leading and developing the team as ASIH as a form of care.

The positions we are now filling will have their primary workplace in Vällingby and Täby/Väsby.

The Role We are looking for you who are a doctor with a specialist degree preferably in geriatrics, general medicine, internal medicine, but other basic specialties are also of interest. We also see that you have an interest in the form of care we provide and are ready for a new exciting challenge where you will work alongside experienced specialist doctors in a multiprofessional team.

Your tasks will include examining, investigating, assessing, and treating patients. You will participate in teamwork where several professions are involved and contribute to various development projects within the organization. You will have continuous contact and work closely with other specialist doctors within the organization.

We work on behalf of Region Stockholm with patients who have complex medical conditions where the need exceeds the capabilities of primary care.

About You We are looking for a specialist doctor who has good collaboration skills, wants to develop, and contribute. We would like you to have a genuine interest in palliative care. A valid driver's license is required.
