Do you want to be responsible for all master data related to onboard operations in our Business Central/LS NAV systems and in Bluestone PIM to ensure high quality?

Your work involves maintaining article data, building/creating article structures in our sales system, and ensuring correct content on our E-commerce portal.

The position is based at our office in Helsingborg where you report to our Director, Food & Beverage.

Your main tasks include:

• Building campaigns, offers, and discount structures in the sales system and E-commerce portal
• Creating and gathering article data and, together with the finance department, managing data flows between different business systems
• Streamlining and structuring internal flows of data and images
• Establishing products and adjusting POS layouts in consultation with onboard managers

Furthermore, your work means you will have close cooperation with managers onboard our vessels, the Supply Chain Coordinator, and the purchasing department.

We are looking for a specialist who contributes to the infrastructure for better analysis and structure. You have a knack for focusing on details while seeing the big picture. As a person, you are comfortable working independently in your daily tasks, and your understanding of systems and information structures is good. In short - working to create structure and order is important to you!

You have a relevant academic education for the position or other relevant education/experience that we assess to be equivalent. You have at least one year of experience in master data or working in databases, and experience with business systems such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or Navision is an advantage.
