JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant with us, you will be the primary care contact for clients and perform rehabilitative and health care interventions delegated by licensed personnel. You will work with ongoing documentation in our operational system LifeCare. The work is planned using LifeCare planning, which is a digital planning tool.

Västra Home Care is based in Gärsnäs but also works in nearby villages and in the countryside. Driving is therefore required for this position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, responsible, flexible, and enjoys working independently with varied tasks. Previous experience in home care or special housing is highly meritorious.

As the position involves driving, you must also have a driver's license.

Since the work requires documentation in the operational system, it is important that you have good basic computer skills and can express yourself well in both speech and writing. Experience with Life Care mobile care or other planning systems is an advantage.

You have a good attitude in your work towards clients, colleagues, and supervisors. You are stable and secure in your role and find it easy to collaborate. The work requires you to be flexible and open to new working methods and solutions. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
